ABOUT THE AUTHOR Dr. P. V. Vaidyanathan is a practicing Pediatrician, born in 1963, and living with his family in Mumbai, India. He is the author of three books - Make Your Child Stress Free, Managing the Unmanageable Child, and Spirituality Bytes. Arise, Awake is his fourth book. He does not follow any specific religion, guru, discipline or organization, but tries to read and imbibe knowledge and wisdom from any person, scripture, religion or organization that appeals to his conscience, logic, common sense, intuition, and which rings true in his heart.
