Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase digital content on Readwhere? There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with Readwhere. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item. During your transaction phase, you will find the Order Id and the Amount. You can also see the transaction amount in your choice of currency. While you will receive a confirmation of your order via email, you are requested to also take note of it when making a transaction.

Is there a purchase limit? No there are no purchase limits.

You have Cash on Delivery? No. We do not have C.O.D as a payment option since all the content on is Digital.

Is there an expiration or limit to how many times I can view my publications? No. There is no expiration and no limit to how many times you can view your digital content once you have purchased them.

For how many days will my purchased digital content be available in my shelf? Does it remain forever or is there any time limit? When you purchase anything on Readwhere (single issue or a subscription), it will be in your account always (there is no time limit).

After a purchase, how long will it take for my Digital Content to be available? With Readwhere, you will get the digital content in your library instantly.

How do I pay using a Debit card and is it safe? We accept all VISA and Mastercard DEBIT cards - only Indian cards are supported and not International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.
