"The Journal of Strategic Human Resource Management" (JSHRM) tends to develop, promote, coordinate and disseminate the original developments and practices of strategic human resource management. Journal aims to help professionals working in the field, academicians and policy-makers to contribute, to disseminate research, and to learn from each other's work. Considering India’s strategic role in the world economy and its contribution by providing a large pool of talented human resources to the corporate sector, it is important to understand the strategic HR issues those will contribute towards the success of the firms. Therefore, JSHRM will act as a forum for exchange of new developments in strategic human resource management. JSHRM is a fully refereed journal, covering all issues of strategic human resource management being practiced in corporate sector of India as well as of the other countries.
