Dear friends & industry colleagues, we would like to thank you once again for giving me an opportunity to present for all of you our new issue. Hope you liked our New Year Edition which had a focus on keeping our laboratories clean. In this issue, we have brought for you some management skills which are really important to become a leader in laboratory.
