In the book are certain guidelines, dietary regimen and some tried and tested exercises which help the new-mother to regain her bodily charms. The precautions about regaining their charms both before and after delivery have been detailed out in this tiny book. We have included only those exercises which have been tried and tested ones. Now the so-called ‘modern’ or misinformed ladies can not only ‘have their babies and lose their charms’ but also get back their charms in a more glorified form. Since the aim of this book is to make the young-mother look after her body well during and after pregnancy, only physical aspect of the problem has been taken up.
