Organisations in the modern days are undergoing heavy transformation in the wake of industrialisation and globalisation. This research paper tries to analyze employee’s perception and the effects of Employee Self Service ESS system through ERP and Systems, Applications and Products SAP in Odisha Mining Corporation Ltd., India. It has mapped its business processes on the SAP in different functions.
