The long-awaited and much-delayed mid-term review of the Foreign Trade Policy FTP 2015-2020, was released by the Ministry of Commerce in December last. While the government enhanced rewards under its flagship export promotion schemes and addressed some issues that had come into play after the implementation of GST, there wasnt anything that exceeded expectations of Indias EXIM community.
