Ever wished your life was like a sitcom? Where every day was full of wacky incidents with your alternate family, your strangely attractive friends who really have nothing better to do than give you mostly bad advice on how to conduct your love life, your work, and your random shenanigans in between? That’s all the heroes of Local Monsters wanted – except they’re not quite the loveable big-bad-city everymen that you’d giggle over at primetime. They’re monsters. Brought together by their landlord, a mad scientist who’s as mad as mad scientists get. Created by writer Samit Basu (Gameworld, Turbulence) and featuring Level 10′s roster of homegrown monster artists, Local Monsters wishes it was a comedy, but apologizes in advance for all the claws, fangs, bloodshed and general mayhem.
