To begin with it will be restricted to the urban areas in Andhra Pradesh and, progressively extended to other areas. One more story from Andhra Pradesh "Backlash of the Backwards" discussed about the Backward Classes in the state are planning to launch an agitation to demand a population based proportion in employment and welfare schemes for them.
