About this issue

Today is a very important day. It was on this day, in 1949, that India signed up to become the world's largest democracy, and committed itself to the ideals of Justice, Equality, Liberty, and Fraternity for all its people. A moment to be proud of. Read the cover story to find out more about the Constituent Assembly and the Constitution. Your favourite Word Magic and Ridley the Riddle Turtle are in place, and today, we have two quotes in the quote of the day. Both of these have had a deep influence on me, and I am glad to share them with you. We have a recap of the entire Time Management Course. So far, we have tried to understand our use of time. Now, we start to understand how we can change that use of time. Today's activity is real fun - because it is all about you and what you FEEL like doing. If you have missed any of the earlier activities, now is a good time to catch up. The Junior Reading Room is another favourite poem from my own childhood, and the Chuckle Time is a question I used to think of. Its been 30 years, and no answer yet.. maybe you could help? Love, Nidhi aunty
