While defining the term Leader, It is said that a leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way. Ultimately, leadership is not about glorious crowning acts. It's about keeping your team focused on a goal and motivated to do their best to achieve it, especially when the stakes are high and the consequences really matter. Leadership is different respective to time, place, and situation. We can find leaders in any part of the society; A teachers can be the leader because they guide the society, The politicians, because they create policies for mankind, the government official, Journalists, who may be a vicarious bridge between government and public. Roughly, we can't limit the term Leadership with any nomenclature. A magazine is only as good as its readership. As we believe in the formula - Readers are the real Leaders. There is no secret sauce or technology which can replace the creative brain power required to produce a magazine. There is no fixed formula. Each issue has to be different and fresh, as it is perishable too.
