This is our most special issue of the year – TRENDS’ 5TH anniversary special. And as something that is part tradition, we unveil this year’s India’s Top 10 Homes + Best of Commercial Design projects. This very special list has been selected from all the projects that were published this past year in the magazine. Because of the length and breadth of projects from all across India covered in TRENDS, the selection is very telling of the dynamic quality and diversity of architecture and design practices in the country; and the trend of infusing ingenuity and individuality into residential and commercial spaces despite known constrictions. Our heartiest congratulations to those who made the list this year, and a heartfelt thanks to all the design firms that shared their work with us. This month we also reveal the stellar jury for the TRENDS Excellence Awards for Architecture & Design 2015. So excited to have Alfaz Miller, Kamal Malik, Gurjit Matharoo, Sonal Sancheti, Rahul Gore, Sameep Padora and Martand Khosla as this year’s judges.
