That’s all the heroes of Local Monsters wanted – except they’re not quite the loveable big-bad-city everymen that you’d giggle over at primetime. They’re monsters. Brought together by their landlord, a mad scientist who’s as mad as mad scientists get. Created by writer Samit Basu (Gameworld, Turbulence) and featuring Level 10′s roster of homegrown monster artists, Local Monsters wishes it was a comedy, but apologizes in advance for all the claws, fangs, bloodshed and general mayhem. less
