Hey! So winter is done and dusted, and the sun’s rays grow stronger, the air, heavier. Springtime is here! And the ever-fantastic Ghanshyam captures the very spirit of ‘spring’ with his cover. I hope you enjoy this issue as much as you enjoy the bursting colours outside your window. We just got back from Comic Con, New Delhi and it was such a blast. We met our fans, we chatted with comics enthusiasts, and we traded ideas with other comics creators from around the country. We shopped for so much merchandise and comics that I had to borrow another suitcase to bring the loot back to Mumbai! We missed Savio very much at Delhi, but I think we made it up with a little video of the Comic Con audiences screaming “Happy birthday, Savio!” You can see the video on our Facebook page, Tinkle Comics Stuido. I hope you too have inundated him with your birthday wishes. I can’t wait till the next Comic Con comes around. It’s amazing how it is growing in leaps and bounds, and before you know it, it will be very near you. So here’s hoping we meet soon. This issue is a rush of action and colour. Alicia tells you all about flowers, and Natasha takes you on a dive into the reds, blues and greens of the ocean floor. Rohan returns with brand new animal facts, and Sean discusses sportsmanship and all things fair in Game Time. Join me in welcoming Tushar, Anupam and Rajiv Tambe to the Digest. I am sure you will like their stories as much as we did. A quick word about Shriya and Somnath’s collaboration ‘Mos Queeto’. This is as good a story as we have ever had in the Digest, and some of the most exquisite art. It is really the star of this month’s issue. So, enjoy this one, and wait for more from us in April. Till then, happy springing! Digestively yours, Neel digest.editorack-media.com
