The month-long house-tohouse enumeration process will commence from November 4 and will go on till December 4. The printing/training process will commence from October 28. “The second phase of SIR is about to be carried out in 12 States/UTs,” Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar said, addressing a press conference in New Delhi.
