Akam Masika is a magazine published from Kannur since 2005. By these years “Akam”  has acquired a very wide readership all over kerala and other parts of India. Akam, with its serious approach to literary works and social issues has been able to reach to the people of all walks of life Stalwarts of Malayalam literature like M.T. Vasudevan Nair, T. Padmanabhan, M. Mukundan and so many others enrich the pages of Akam often. Besides this, Akam has been able to bring so many beginners in the field to the lime light.
