The August issue is headlined by the Indian FTR 1200 S; the flat-track inspired scorcher that is already here in India (yup, you didn’t know that, did you?) to take on the European biggies. The first Indian to get TC and all kinds of gadgetary, the FTR is unlike any American motorcycle we’ve seen so far. And guess what, it's based on an all-new platform that is sure to give birth to many more iterations including an ADV. Speaking of which, the baap of all ADVs has been finally ridden on road, slush and some epic trails in our backyard. Yes, we are talking about the BMW R 1250 GS Adventure and its middle-class sibling - the F 850 GS Adventure. That’s not all, the Himalayan faces challenge from the latest off-roading Hero, the Xpulse 200.

Also inside:

2020 BMW S 1000 RR:

The fourth-gen S 1000 RR has been in the news for the right reasons for the last year. The international media can't stop going ga-ga over the Beamer but does it really make sense for our conditions?

KTM RC 125:

The R15 has been the go-to faired motorcycle for almost a decade. Does the RC 125 have what it takes to lure the youth? We test it out on Bajaj’s test track, in the urban jungle and even on the twisties to bring you the verdict

Aprilia Storm 125 & Trek Marlin 7:

Two similarly priced two-wheeled machines; one with a motor and the other with pedals. Which one provides more fun on road and trails?

Aprilia SR 150 ABS:

The SR 150 is among the very few 150cc scooters in the country to get the safety net. But is the update all about ABS or is there more than meets the eye?

Yamaha Tenere 900:

Yamaha might be stuck with the scooters and entry-level motorcycles in the country but don’t forget; they also make the brilliant Tenere range of dual sports including the Tenere 700

Powertronic ECU for RE Interceptor 650:

Powertronic has sent us a couple of performance upgrades for the beloved long-term Royal Enfield Interceptor 650. But how do you install the quickshifter as well as the ECU?
