Real Estate Guru – September 20–26, 2026 explores the major policy, infrastructure and property-market developments reshaping Hyderabad real estate. The issue explains the CURE Bill 2026 and Hyderabad’s proposed new property-tax framework, including the shift toward capital-value-based assessment and the reduction of the proposed maximum annual tax increase from 20% to 10%. It also examines Hyderabad’s changing growth map, with Shamshabad, Tukkuguda, Adibatla and Malkajgiri emerging as important residential and infrastructure corridors.

A major focus is the ₹7,345.12-crore first phase of the Musi River Rejuvenation Project, covering roughly 21 km of the Musi–Esa corridor, and what the project could mean for property markets around Gandipet, Manikonda, Narsingi, Bapughat and Rajendranagar. The edition also looks ahead to the proposed Nagole–Ghatkesar phase and its possible implications for East Hyderabad real estate, including Uppal and Peerzadiguda.

The issue additionally covers the HYDRAA Supreme Court setback in the 40-acre Lothkunta dispute, allegations concerning My Home-linked land transactions, Hyderabad's proposed suburban bus terminals and a ₹1,656-crore elevated corridor. On the residential side, it features Rajapushpa Aurelia in Tellapur, Ark Aryama villas at Kongara Kalan and plotted development in the Beeramguda–BHEL corridor.
