This book Stepout is the culmination of my three decades of experience, during which I have worked in various capacities from Service Engineer to Service Head- all within the industry. Through these roles, I have gained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by inexperienced engineers entering in to the employment market as workforce. I have observed many students struggling to establish. themselves and navigate a clear career path after completing their engineering studies. This journey often resembles a marathon, as they transition from village to city, determined to meet societal expectations. Tragically, a significant number of these graduates become part of India's growing unemployment crisis, highlighting systemic issues that demand urgent attention.
